I’ll be attending my very first convention as an author this week: the 2014 RT Booklovers Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana. It will be my first time in New Orleans, as well.

For those who don’t know, the RT Booklovers Convention is put on by RT Book Reviews, a magazine devoted to reviews of genre fiction. The magazine used to be called Romantic Times and only reviewed pure romance, but now reviews other genres beyond romance, including erotica.

If you’re attending the convention and want to meet me, I’m scheduled to appear at two events. I’ll be throwing beads with the Ellora’s Cave float during the Mardi Gras World Carnivàle on Wednesday night. Then on Saturday, I’ll be at the FAN-Tastic Day Party from 6:30pm until 7:00pm.

Otherwise, I’ll be attending panels and workshops, trying to be outgoing (I’m terrifically shy), and having a few fan moments myself when I meet famous authors.

Just in time for the convention, a bunch of us Ellora’s Cave authors put an ad in RT Book Reviews, “Any way you want it…”. It’s in the erotica reviews section of the June 2014 issue of RT which will be available at the convention:

It’s my first ad, as well! Makes me feel kind of like an official writer now. 😉
