I have happily put all my books in Kobo Plus!
What is Kobo Plus? It’s a subscription plan with unlimited access to over 1.3 million eBooks and over 100,000 audiobooks for a monthly fee (which is less than Kindle Unlimited’s!). There’s also a free 30-day trial. Kobo Plus is currently available in these markets: Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, United Kingdom, USA.

LOL. Well, Scribd offers some of my romance titles regularly and the other romance titles sporadically. For the first five months of 2023, all my romance titles were available! But as of this writing, only some are available.
